Kuberaa OTT Release: Dhanush-Nagarjuna Blockbuster Set to Stream Soon on Prime Video

Sekhar Kammula's latest film Kuberaa has become a roaring success at the box office, marking a significant departure from the director’s usual romantic dramas. Stepping into the social drama genre, Kammula hit the mark with a compelling narrative, backed by powerful performances from Dhanush and Nagarjuna Akkineni.

The film has earned widespread acclaim from both critics and audiences, with even megastar Chiranjeevi hailing it as a "masterpiece" and predicting a National Award for Dhanush. While the Telugu version has seen overwhelming success, the Tamil version performed modestly. Still, the buzz around Kuberaa remains strong.

Impressive Box Office Run

Produced by Sunil Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, Kuberaa has pulled in impressive figures in its first week:

• ₹51.65 crore from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
• ₹18.4 crore from Tamil Nadu
• ₹9.65 crore from Karnataka
• ₹1.43 crore from Kerala
• ₹2.82 crore from the rest of India

This brings the total net collection in India to around ₹69 crore, with gross figures nearing ₹80 crore.

OTT Release on Amazon Prime Video

After setting records in satellite, audio, and digital rights sales, Kuberaa is now gearing up for its digital premiere. While the makers have not officially confirmed the exact date, the film is expected to start streaming on Amazon Prime Video by either July 15 or July 22, 2025.

So, if you missed it in theatres, you won’t have to wait long to catch this critically acclaimed blockbuster at home.
